Your wedding photos
Depending on your needs, we offer several packages. You can opt for a 1-3 hour photo report, retouching, HD picture delivery, as well as online access to a photo gallery. We also have specialists upon request for a day, or even a full day and evening packages. We will provide you a list of the equipment used for the shoot, and if you prefer, the possibility of using a photo assistant. Rates may vary.
SOME INFORMATION
For any specific request or locale, don’t hesitate to request a quote! Just specify the date, projected start and end times of the event, as well as any particular photographer preference.
FINE ART PHOTO BOOKS
- In addition to the supply of photo reports given on a USB key, we offer a wide range of Fine Art photo books. These Italian-made books combine noble materials and impeccable printing and manufacturing quality. You will have the opportunity to discover our different models during your meeting with the photographer.
- Prices start at 250€.
FINE ART PHOTO PRINTS
- Fine art photo print estimates are given according to formats and quantities.
RESERVATION PROCEDURE
- After meeting your photographer, or after having communicated by email, telephone or Skype, the procedure to reserve your photographer is to send us your confirmation by email indicating your postal details. We will then send you 2 signed contracts by post.
- You must keep a copy and return the second signed one, along with your 30% deposit check. Upon receipt of your contract, we will send you a roadmap to complete.
- It must be returned by email at least 7 days before the wedding.
FEES & CONDITIONS
- Transport costs included up to 50 km around Paris. Beyond, transport costs at 0.30 € / km. If your location is beyond 200km, please consult us.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit when signing contracts, the balance is due on the wedding day.
OUR GUARANTEES
- Before each wedding, the Pearl Agency will provide you with a roadmap by email (Word format). In addition to timetables and addresses, the roadmap will allow you to define your preferences and the type of photos desired for each stage of the day.
- All of our photographers are equipped with a minimum of two full-size 24×36 professional cameras to prevent any significant delay in shooting.
- All our photographers are equipped with a minimum of 3 lenses (24 / 70mm f2.8 + 70/200 f2.8 + 60mm or 50mm or 35mm f1.4 or f1.8) and 2 flashes. Fisheye lenses are available upon request.
- All our contracts are nominative and are meant to ensure that the photographer chosen will be the one who will appear on the day of the event.
- All selected photos will be delivered retouched within 30 days after the wedding. This period may, however, be extended to 40 days for weddings that take place in June and September.
- All our photos are taken in uncompressed RAW format and will be delivered after post-processing.

We also offer our clients the possibility of using a photo assistant and using specific accessories depending on the type of report (lightboxes, umbrellas, etc.).
